Requirements

Experience : Proven track record in managing hospitality or tourism establishments, preferably in a managerial role.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and employee engagement.

Customer Service : Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Financial Acumen : Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resource management.

Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make effective decisions.

Local Knowledge : Familiarity with Clarkston, Michigan, and local tourism trends is an advantage.
