We are looking for a licensed Civil Engineer to manage site development projects in Colorful Colorado.
Job Title : Project Manager

Requirements :
Civil Engineering - Site / Land Development experience with strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility and roadway design, and ability to make smart engineering decisions
Project Management - 4+ years' as a Project Manager with experience leading a design team, conducting everyday communication with clients and government agencies, writing engineering proposals and defining scope of work, reviewing project billing
Project Experience - Strong background in single family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, commercial and retail site development
Tools - AutoCAD Civil3D, StormCad and WaterCad
License / Certification - Colorado Professional Engineers License and valid Driver's License
Soft Skills - ability to coach and mentor others, evaluate problems and give solutions, evaluate subordinates and make recommendations for growth
