As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, where your commitment to our agile, reliable, and innovative culture will help foster a positive experience for everyone on site. Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor the premises and report any suspicious behaviors or security-related concerns.

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas as directed by site policies and procedures.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
