Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of outbound Business Development Representatives to exceed pipeline and meeting generation goals
Drive net new and expansion pipeline through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
Evolve outbound strategies with data-driven processes and multi-touch account-based campaigns
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or GTM leadership, with 3 years in a BDR or SDR team leadership role
Proven success in executing account-based and personalized outbound strategies
Experience in managing new logo acquisition and customer expansion
Deep understanding of sales engagement platforms and data-driven outreach
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on aligning goals across teams
