Business Manager Trainee Qualifications :

• Must have a Bachelors degree or be within 2 months of graduating with Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service and / or management / leadership
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Professional with an outstanding work ethic

As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one, while based out of one of our dealerships. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Rosenthal Automotive to our customers and partners as well as a behind-the-scenes operational expert.
