Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in the Newberg, Oregon area for the 2024-2025 school year.
This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the communication development and academic success of elementary school students.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Current SLPA license or certification in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in implementing therapy plans and interventions.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of the SLP.
- Support individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech and language development.
