VP of Engineering

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead and scale its software engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by improving key metrics and maturing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in high-growth environments, including early-stage startups and scale-ups

Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on tactical problem-solving approach

Prior experience leading software teams with a focus on scaling infrastructure and operational excellence

Expertise in backend platforms, microservices architecture, and improving developer experience

Experience implementing CI / CD pipelines and ensuring security and compliance in regulated environments
