Position Summary
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. They are responsible for overseeing administrative activities, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting other staff members as needed.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.
Benefits for PT roles : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (., emails, letters, packages).
- Maintain and update office records, including employee records and invoices.
- Handle office expenses and budget management.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials (., agendas, presentations).
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (., answering queries, redirecting calls).
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, conferences, or employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics and manage event budgets as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in office management software (., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
