A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer II to join their data engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark on Databricks
Implement ETL / ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years working with Databricks
Strong proficiency in Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data architectures
