Job Title : District Sales Manager

Location : Houston

Pay : $115,000+ with incentives

Reports to : Chief Financial Officer

As a District Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of commercial and residential account managers in a designated area. Your main objective is to boost sales and market share by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities.

This role demands extensive knowledge of the restoration industry, effective sales tactics, and top-notch leadership abilities to ensure your team meets revenue goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide, coach, and inspire account managers to hit individual and team sales goals. Offer training and support to improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential clients, monitor trends, and seize new opportunities.
  • Actively pursue and cultivate new business relationships with key decision-makers and industry events.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in line with business objectives. Monitor performance and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Foster strong customer connections, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports for senior management, and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within restoration.
  • Solid understanding of the restoration industry and its competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
