What You Need :
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in mass-production manufacturing
- Knowledge of sophisticated equipment, mechanical blueprints, and electrical diagrams
- Familiarity with quality assurance systems, cutting tools, and production control
- Proficiency in problem-solving with statistical and root cause analysis tools
- Experience with lean production concepts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Ability to work assigned shifts and handle stress and emergency situations

This role involves developing and supporting annual operating plans, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, cost, and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage the manufacturing team to meet departmental and company objectives.

- Identify and address training needs for team members.
- Promote continuous improvement and support positive changes.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and maintain operational efficiency.
