Job Summary
Exceptional upscale restaurant brand is seeking a Front of the House Restaurant Manager to help the General Manager in the continuing quest to deliver the ultimate dining experience and value to our guests.
We're looking for a savvy restaurant operations leader who is also a great, patient teacher and coach. The ideal candidate has experience in polished-upscale to fine dining management for a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Restaurant Manager Requirements :
- Possesses sound leadership skills, terrific energy, and exceptional communication skills
- An outstanding problem solver who has great self-initiative and understands how to grow and continue to improve the team
- Systems-oriented and uses our standardized processes that are proven, tested and highly successful
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining steps of service, wine service, and a polished tableside manner
- Passion for people and developing a strong team around you
