What would you do as a Director of Sales & Marketing
Welcome aboard! As our new Full-Time Director of Sales, your day-to-day adventure will involve a blend of creativity and strategy.
You'll start by analyzing market trends and consumer needs to develop effective sales campaigns that attract new residents to our vibrant community.
Collaborating with our stellar team, you'll brainstorm and execute fun events and outreach initiatives that showcase the heart of The Ivy of McKinney Senior Living & Memory Care.
You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, newsletters, and website, bringing our mission to life with every post.
Moreover, you'll regularly meet with residents and their families to gather feedback and refine our offerings. Networking with local organizations will be key too, so prepare to be the friendly face of The Ivy of McKinney at community events! Your fresh ideas and passion will help shape the future of our memory care and senior living community!
What we're looking for in a Director of Sales & Marketing
To thrive as our Full-Time Director of Sales at The Ivy of McKinney Senior Living & Memory Care, you'll need a blend of experience, skills, and attributes that make you shine in the spotlight!
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred, along with a stellar track record of at least 5 years in sales-preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- With a minimum of 8 years in management of long-term care / CCRC marketing and admissions, you'll bring valuable insights to our dynamic team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you'll be rallying your team and connecting with residents and their families.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will help you streamline efforts like a pro!
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is self-motivated and results-oriented, ready to tackle challenges independently while also being a team player.
