Job Description :

• Perform a variety of production operations, including the operation of shear, crusher, wheelabrator, sorting equipment, washer-dryer, blending, and briquetting press.
• Set up, run, and troubleshoot machinery to process titanium revert and create blends for EB / Plasma melting.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment as needed.
• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and other equipment to load, unload, and transport supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Perform clean-up operations in all areas of the facility.
• Complete work assignments according to production requirements and become proficient on all necessary functions of the mobile computers.
• Train in fire prevention and firefighting techniques to contain titanium fires.
• Communicate necessary information to relief employees and evaluate work areas and equipment at the start and end of shifts to ensure safety.
• Participate in and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and communicate concerns to Foremen, Lead Operator, or Manager.
• Cross-train in other cells / operations to support cellular manufacturing philosophy and participate in continuous improvement programs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morgantown, Pennsylvania.
