Zilka & Co is in need of a CDL Class A Delivery Driver (Local Work - Good home time).

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for delivering and unloading various food products to retail / wholesale customers.
  • Foodservice type work delivering product to regular customers.
  • Full Time 4 or 5 day work week.
  • Dedicated runs available.
  • Dock work as well as handling items.
  • Monday thru Friday Daytime work.

Applicant must be able to :

  • Drive commercial truck and trailer making route deliveries.
  • Have knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
  • Work independently or with Drivers Helper to unload product from truck or trailer.
  • Familiar with Liftgate, Electric Pallet Jack, Dolly or Hand cart to deliver.
  • Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
  • Work Schedule of Monday - Friday,  Start early as 4 : 00 AM.

    • Qualifications :

  • Good work ethic, dependable.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Current commercial driver’s license Class A.
  • Ability to Drive Automatic or Standard transmission (10 Speed).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to stay out of town for 1 night per week if needed. Hotel Room provided.
