Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, or insurance processes preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in coaching and motivating diverse teams
