Key Responsibilities

Architect and evolve Rails-based systems for scalability, maintainability, and reliability

Guide the development of the GraphQL API and contribute to API design

Required Qualifications

8+ years of backend engineering experience with deep Ruby on Rails expertise

Proven experience in designing and scaling large, complex backend systems

Strong foundation in database design, including schema evolution and query optimization

Experience building shared frameworks or libraries to enhance developer velocity
