- Gather requirements from external customers specific to functionality HR, Supply Chain, Finance
- Work directly with external business team to identify processes, work flows and gather documentation specific to M&A
- Creating work flows and process to assist internal customer and external customer to identify gaps in M&A
- Interact with PM to provide project updates, scope, etc.

Must Haves :
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience supporting HR, Supply Chain or Finance as a BA
- Experience as a BA through a Merger & Acquistion specific to business functions
- Knowledge / Understanding of :
o Peoplesoft
o Kronos
o Lawson
o Tecsys POU and any warehouse management systems
o Visio business process documentation / modeling
- Experience creating reports and utilizing dashboards currently using PowerBI
- Bachelors Degree
Plusses :
- Healthcare experience
- Merger & Acquisition experience specific to healthcare
- ITIL certification
