WHO DO WE WANT

The Head of Data & Analytics will lead the organization's strategy to unlock the value of dataacross the business. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to centralize data infrastructure, enable self-service reporting, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders—from marketing and operations to finance and eCommerce—to ensure that the right data is accessible, trustworthy, and driving business decisions at every level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement the company-wide data and analytics strategy.
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on data-informed decisions.
• Prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and insight-led execution.
