ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

The Custom Samples Support is responsible but not limited to the following : Pull custom orders according to schedule and or need dates indicate. Coordinate Orders that are processed in the Icbt, Superba and Gilbos Machines. Run the Superba , Gilbos and Pinlon Machine , Blow yarn into tube carts , Operate sample coater and shear machine Assist daily with sample processing / shipping, including : trimming, labeling and packing finished samples. Assist in the yarn processing area when needed with : inventory control, re-stocking yarn and pulling yarn for processing

El Coordinador de Inventario de Hilados es responsable, entre otros, de lo siguiente : Realizar pedidos personalizados de acuerdo con el cronograma o las fechas de necesidad indicadas. Coordinar Órdenes que se procesan en las Máquinas Icbt, Superba y Gilbos. Solicite hilo a la recepción o al proveedor de hilo para desarrollo de productos y pedidos personalizados. Apoyar otras necesidades del Departamento según sea necesario. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.

EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS

• Understand yarns and deniers
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Maintain yarn inventory
• Basic math skills and read in English.
• Basic CMS AS400
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.

EXPERIENCIA O REQUISITOS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Frequent : Handle, manual dexterity, lift 15-20 lbs., use of flat dollies and carts to avoid having to move or lift heavy weight, reach, stand, stoop, and walk. Use personal protective equipment.

Occasional : Balance, climb, crawl, crouch, grasp, hear, kneel, and speak.

Required : Close vision, color and depth perception.

Frecuente : Tocar, agarrar, levantar 15-20 lbs. Alcanzar, pararse, agacharse y caminar. Usar equipo de protección.

Ocasional : Balancear, subir escalones, andar de rodillas, agacharse, agarrar, oír, arrodillarse, y hablar.

Requerido : Fijar la vista y diferenciar los colores.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

General warehouse environment. Background noise, dirt, oil, humidity, temperature variations. Work near moving mechanical parts.

Ambiente general del almacén. Ruido en el fondo, aceite, humedad, temperatura variada. Trabajar cerca de maquinaria con movimiento.

Please note that if you have been transferred to your shift within the past six months, you may not be eligible to change shifts. However, you may be eligible to be considered for a different job within your dept. should you meet the above requirements.
