BSE Consultants is looking for a Civil Engineer in our Melbourne, FL office. Relocation assistance offered.

BSE Consultants, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience.

The focus of this position is providing professional engineering services for land development design projects.

Responsibilities :

• Design and management of projects by applying engineering experience and knowledge to meet the client's needs and the jurisdictional agency requirements.
• Primary responsibilities include the design, permitting, bidding and coordinating construction administration services, coordination with Clients, sub-consultants and various regulatory agencies.
• Various projects include commercial developments, residential single family and multi-family developments, roadways, utility and stormwater improvements.

Qualifications :

• Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing stormwater management engineering, site design, utility design and related civil engineering tasks, preferably in Florida.
• The candidate should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and have obtained their E.I. certification.
• A Civil P.E. registration for the State of Florida is preferred but not initially required.
• The candidate should have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Civil 3D and standard hydrologic modeling programs (ICPR, BRN, Ponds, etc) .
• Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required.
