MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Make a difference by providing great service to your clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with your clients.
  • Keep clients up to date on their special order furniture while it is being made.
  • Schedule delivery when the furniture is ready.
  • Assist customers with warranty service requests.

    • LOCATION :

  • Training for approximately 8-12 weeks at 1251 W Thorndale Ave, Itasca, IL 60143
  • Once training is complete : 1501 16th Street, Oak Brook, IL 60523

    • SCHEDULE :

  • 9 : 00 - 5 : 30pm Mon- Fri

    • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

    • Requirements :

  • Have the competence to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • 5 years successful experience in service or sales.
  • A positive approach to work and others.
