Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, MSTest, TestNG, Mocha, or Jasmine & Karma. Understanding of TFS and / or Azure DevOps for creating build and release pipeline automation. Experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and performance testing. Knowledge of mock testing frameworks and Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) practices. Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) credential is a plus. Join our dynamic team as an Automation Test Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting and executing innovative test plans to ensure top-notch software quality. This remote position offers a collaborative environment to work on diverse projects using the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and automate comprehensive test plans and cases for both frontend and backend applications.
- Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment to enhance multiple client project applications.
- Ensure thorough test coverage through functional, end-to-end, and integration tests.
- Utilize development skills in languages like Java, .Net / C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript for automation testing.
- Implement API automation testing using Java or .Net / C#.
