Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the facility's goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with executive management to set targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Drive occupancy rates through effective sales tactics and relationship building with referral sources.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Marketing Initiatives
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of potential residents and their families.
- Enhance brand awareness through digital marketing, public relations, and community outreach programs.
- Manage online presence, including website content and social media platforms.
Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
- Organize tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase the facility's offerings.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality or healthcare industry.
- Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
