Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Display proactive behavior by anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional customer service that aligns with the hotel's standards.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints efficiently to guarantee a satisfactory stay for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards throughout the hotel premises.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is a mandatory requirement for the Guest Services Agent position in Waco, TX, US.
