Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Display proactive behavior by anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional customer service that aligns with the hotel's standards.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints efficiently to guarantee a satisfactory stay for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards throughout the hotel premises.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is a mandatory requirement for the Guest Services Agent position in Waco, TX, US.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential for success in this role.
- Candidates need to have a reliable attendance record, be punctual, and show flexibility in working on days, weekends, and holidays.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education level is a prerequisite for consideration for this position in Waco, TX, US.
