Are you in search of a sit down forklift opportunity where you have the opportunity to assist clients with their order pick ups?

We are looking for a friendly and experienced sit down forklift operator who will assist with client order fullfillment and material handling through out the warehouse.

work hours : 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate order invoices, ensuring the correct quantities of items
• Verify that quantities on Purchase Order match invoice and bill of lading
• Collaborate with appropriate parties, daily, to review tasks, expected deliveries, and safety measures
• Rotate and organize inventory per company procedures
• Unload deliveries from trucks and inspect contents to ensure deliveries are not damaged, verified according to orders and invoices and ensure only authorized product is delivered and received
• Follow all work and food safety rules and procedures
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Operate forklift, put pallets away, and help rotate stock
• Other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include :

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
