- Provides direction and consultation in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
- Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervisor and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Effectively communicates pertinent patient information to health care team.
- Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
- Provides remote consultative and supportive nursing care utilizing in room camera and technology from a remote location.
- Collaborates with providers and nurses to provide timely intervention for critically ill patients to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Position : 36 hours per week
- Shift : Day s 12 Hour Shifts
- Every other weekend and Holiday Rotations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a critical care nurse required.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
- Requires current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; ACLS, BLS.
- CCRN preferred.
