What You'll Do :
- Manage the full accounts payable process-accurately handling invoice processing, payments, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure smooth month-end closings.
- Process weekly payments (checks, ACH, wires) for domestic and international vendors.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, resolving invoice issues and negotiating terms.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for the AP process.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
What You Bring :
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in accounting software and a knack for learning new systems.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
