Registered Nurse Quality Assurance Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive Clinical Quality Program across various clinical operations

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain clinical licensure requirements

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide data-driven insights to enhance clinical operations

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field, preferred

7+ years of clinical experience, with at least 3-5 years in quality assurance or compliance

Strong leadership skills with the ability to interface with senior leaders

Deep understanding of UM / CM processes and regulatory requirements
