Your Impact :
Work with UG Program Directors and Leads to develop, progress, and report weekly on a resource loaded schedule representing the program's ramp-up plan in Primavera P6.
Pull information according to the requests of the UG Program team. Develop, report, and manage schedule data for portfolio of assigned projects.
Extract schedule information from reporting systems and analyze data to report on status of the project. Identify root cause of schedule variances and partner with the PCA to define future spending in justifiable terms.
Lead schedule re-baseline activities as needed with the Lead Scheduler and PM’s concurrence. Participates in and may lead project level schedule review meetings.
Advise project manager of change orders with schedule impact. Participates with management in development of strategies and plans.
Creates and updates P6 Schedules. Quality control and quality assurance of project schedule. Respond to all unifier workflow requests in a timely manner.
Validate contractors’ project schedule accuracy. Liaison with contractors scheduling resources. Actively participate in and identify scheduling process improvement initiatives.
Assisted senior scheduler in performing monthly reviews of contractor’s progress schedules and integrated progress to internal element schedule at summary level for management.
Measured performance & variance against the baseline and last period’s progress to recognize trends and identify risks & opportunities.
Performed Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on contractor’s schedule and what-if scenario schedules to determine the validity of delay and / or claims.
Updated Element schedule as well as generated monthly progress reports; created schedule log; tracked key project milestones and tasks.
Effectively communicated with the responsible individuals regarding all schedule related matters. Assisted Project Control Manager with cost work and Office Manager with organizing team activities.
Perform additional assignments per management direction.
Telecommuting is allowed.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management or a closely related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or closely related occupation

The base salary range for this position is $83,533 to $136,200. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience,and relevant education or training.
