Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to team up with us and foster positive transformation in the lives of Early Childhood students in Crestwood, Illinois.
In this position, you will play a crucial part in supporting a 43-student caseload and will work with another SSW in the building.

Responsibilities :
- Provide targeted support to identified students in the Early Childhood setting.
- Manage a 43-student caseload.
- Collaborate and work alongside another SSW in the building.
- Will have their own office space.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student well-being and success.
- Advocate for students’ holistic welfare (social, emotional, academic).
- Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs.
- Provide push-in and pull-out services as needed.
- Develop and track interventions in order to understand IEP effectiveness.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
- LMSW license eligible in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood setting is preferred
