Job Title : Receptionist

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm M-F

Pay : $10-$11 / hour

Location : Houston, TX 77048

Smarter HR Solutions is currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Construction based client's team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in Calendar Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Previous Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant,Office Assistant or similar experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Ability to operate copier, scanner, printer, etc.
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Professional demeanor and personality
