Executive Sous Chef Job Description : As a Executive Sous Chef at Jillbee Delivers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our food delivery service.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to prepare high-quality dishes and maintain an efficient and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing everyday kitchen production, inventory management, assistance in ordering as needed, and complying with all health and food regulations.

The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible to fill in when the Executive Chef is not present. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences to our valued Responsibilities : 1.

Assist Chef in planning and coordinating the preparation of all menu items. 2. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes are consistently excellent.

3. Supervise and train kitchen staff 4. Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion control 5. Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering, and ensure proper stock rotation.

6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation standards. 7. Adhere to health and safety regulations and enforce proper kitchen procedures.

9. Manage and resolve any kitchen-related issues or conflicts in a professional manner. 11. Assist with controlling food waste and help manage food cost.

Requirements : 1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen. 2. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.

7. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking methods. 8. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. 9. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
