YOUR DAY AS A SERVER ASSISTANT

You're at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued members. You keep busy supporting team members and managers in providing premium guest experiences.

Your keen eye for detail ensures that the dining area and club environment remain inviting and presentable throughout the day, while also maintaining the integrity of our facilities where food and beverages are served and stored.

Safety is paramount, and you play a vital role in monitoring hospitality areas to uphold cleanliness and compliance with codes.

Additionally, you attend meetings, participate in training sessions, and provide valuable feedback on guest comments or complaints.

Your commitment to teamwork and proactive approach make you an invaluable asset in creating a harmonious and top-notch dining experience!

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our shifts range from 4-8 hours. Shifts fall on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and you can expect to occasionally have the opportunity to work split shifts, also known as doubles.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service / hospitality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

1+ years of experience in a restaurant is preferred. Host and club experience is a plus.

Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of the oldest existing clubs in Texas and home to Harvey Penick, one of the greatest golf instructors who ever lived.
