Job Title : Sr. Strategic Advisor â?? Revenue Cycle Implementation

Contract Type : 6+ Month Contract (with potential extension)

Compensation : $90â??$100 per hour

Position Summary

The Wilshire Group is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Advisor â?? Revenue Cycle Implementation to lead complex healthcare revenue cycle initiatives across multiple service lines, including Patient Access, Coding, Health Information Management (HIM), and Clinical Integration . This role requires a highly skilled consultant capable of bridging operational, technical, and strategic domains to drive measurable performance improvement and client satisfaction.

You will work collaboratively with executive leaders, operational managers, and IT teams to design and deliver integrated Epic-based solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Epic implementation and optimization project management , and organizational strategy within large healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle revenue cycle transformation and implementation projects, including assessment, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Act as a strategic advisor to health system executives on optimizing Patient Access HIM Coding , and Clinical Documentation workflows.
• Oversee revenue cycle readiness for enterprise initiatives such as Epic Refuel, 3M 360 / Single Path implementation, and front-end denial management programs.
• Direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring coordination between operations and IT to meet project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct workflow optimization sessions and translate business requirements into actionable system configurations and operational plans.
• Provide mentorship and training to client teams to sustain long-term improvement.
• Develop and present executive-level dashboards, ROI analyses, and key performance reports.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure seamless implementation and data integrity across integrated systems.
