Position Overview : Dragon Seats is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Kansas City, MO, to support a large part of the Midwest region.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in this exciting venture. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and customer relationships across the Midwest, with a focus on the Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the Midwest region.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, service and support staff to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors throughout the Midwest.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or service management, preferably in sports industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Midwest market and experience working with sports venues or entertainment facilities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
