If you have a passion for working in the healthcare field and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, we offer a Nursing Assistant Certification Program as a full-time employee. We are currently hiring and training staff to become part of our NAC team! At Yakima Valley School, these positions are under the title, Attendant Counselor, and function as an NAC.
We have career opportunities for full-time non-permanent and on-call Certified Nursing Assistants at Yakima Valley School. You'll interact with clients in a residential living atmosphere, providing care and engaging in therapeutic activities on and off campus. You'll partner with residents and their family members, providing choices in all areas of their lives.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.

What we are looking for :
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who like to have fun and engage in resident's daily activities
Or, Registered Nursing Assistants with a Certificate of Completion and eligible to test for certification and One year of related experience or high school completion or equivalent
Or, Individuals who are interested in full-time employment while becoming a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) under the current CFR 483.35 (d), 1135 Waiver
A successful hire will be offered a starting salary within the range of $21.26 - $25.84 hourly
