Position : Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
- Control expenses and shrinkage.
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum age requirement : 18 years.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
- Prior retail and / or management experience is required.
