Online Course Facilitator

Overview

Join to apply for the Online Course Facilitator role at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation. This is a full-time position in North Charleston, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 15 PM. Competitive compensation starts from $55,000 per year.

Role focuses on providing course facilitation and supervision of students in a secondary school setting, delivering instruction and support in a blended learning environment with both online and in-person elements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of course content, LMS navigation, and online course functionality.
• Assists with technical troubleshooting to help students access course content.
• Establishes clear objectives for all learning activities and supports daily instructional activities.
• Identifies student deficits and provides intervention services aligned with goals and objectives.
• Maintains current knowledge of best practices in instructional delivery, assessment, and behavior management.
• Assesses student learning using multiple tools; tracks and reports progress in the course and records data in the SIS.
• Creates a positive educational climate and maintains classroom order per school guidelines.
• Supervises students during non-classroom time (before / after school, activities, drills).
• Collaborates with faculty to plan and deliver instruction; communicates regularly with parents, administration, and staff as needed.
• Models and integrates appropriate use of technology to support instruction and learning.
• Ensures compliance with federal / state statutes, local policies, and guidelines related to public schools.
