The HR Project Integration Specialist I will support the project management and implementation of human resource transformation projects, strategic programs and initiatives for the Global HR organization.

This includes people / organization, system, process design, planning and executing across the broad spectrum of HR service delivery for a global company with associates and operations in the US, EMEA and APAC.

This role will interface with the HR team, business leaders and external providers in the implementation of HR’s strategic vision.

This role will combine data and people in the best way, focusing on project and program data analytics and supporting Diversity & Inclusion efforts within the organization.

Experience :

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in assisting with planning, and implementing, HR initiatives are strongly preferred
  • Working in a Manufacturing environment and / or in a Global organization is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education :

  • Associate’s degree and 1-2 years relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
  • Diversity & Inclusion Training or Certificate, a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification a plus.

  • Ability to gather information and create a project plan
  • Attention to detail; demonstrate consistent follow-through on tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience assisting with projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines
  • Ability to effectively think globally as well as regularly employ integrative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (. Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI,
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
  • Deadline driven, organized, and able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Support the community outreach and diversity program activities in alignment with the company’s global people strategy.
  • Will partner directly with Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) and Global Employee Networks (GENs) to support key initiatives and the formation of new groups.
  • Key point-of-contact for the Company’s K-12 partnerships.
  • Facilitate the planning and dissemination of programs and strategies jointly with HR and other internal stakeholders
  • Actively research industry trends and benchmark successful programs in D&I and Artificial Intelligence spaces.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, associate surveys and other relevant databases.
  • Ability to assist with organizing and validating data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform data visualization techniques to identify trends, correlations and patterns.
  • Support the development of meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and findings to HR stakeholders.
  • Analyze associate Inclusion & Engagement Survey data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for enhancing associate engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Execute in-person and virtual events and campaigns focused on increasing corporate and community engagement and supporting our hiring pipeline.
  • Maintain project timelines, follow up with appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensure global consideration is made for all projects and initiatives
  • Serves as a key point of contact to the HR team for human resource project management and metrics / analytics addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities

Reporting Relationships :

  • The incumbent reports directly to the Manager HR Project Integration
  • The incumbent will work collaboratively with the global HR team, internal business partners and vendors
  • The incumbent will not have any direct reports

Travel :

0-10%, limited basis on occasion for team building, training or site visits.

Estimated Salary Range :

$51,900-$74,000 / annually
