Duties :
- Provides advice & support to the residents and theirfamilies
- Monitoring residents andadministering medication and treatments
- Documents resident care services by charting in Resident& dept. records
- Protects residents &staff by adhering to infectioncontrol policies &protocols
- Resolves resident problems&needs by utilizing multidisciplinary teamstrategies
- Assures quality of care by adheringto facility philosophies & standards of care
- Supervising LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants(CNA)
- Maintains resident confidence by keepinginformation confidential
Requirements :
- Should work well in a teamoriented environment
- Must hold a valid RN license
- Strongcomputer skills
- Excellent communicationskills
- Long term care experience is aplus
- Friendly and a team worker
