What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, and other key organizations.
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities to introduce families to our life-changing services.
  • Represent Home Instead at events, networking opportunities, and community gatherings to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to organizations and groups to share our mission and services.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team on strategic business growth initiatives.
  • Track and report your outreach, progress, and success metrics.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years proven sales success in a relationship-driven role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.

  • A background in senior care, healthcare sales, or related fields.
  • Existing relationships within healthcare networks and senior services.
