Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift

Far Rockaway Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to work Overnight in FarRockaway NY.

Duties :

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigningnursing staff
• Establish a compassionateenvironment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staffby answering questions and requests
• Maintaina safe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations
• Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams

Requirements :

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years LongTerm Care experiencerequired
• Should be a strong and positiveTeam Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basiccomputer skills
