A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead payer contracting and network development strategy across Northern states

Manage and develop a high-performing team of contracting professionals

Build and maintain relationships with health plans, leading negotiations and policy escalations

Required Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare operations, network development, or managed care contracting

Proven experience negotiating contracts with health plans or providers

Demonstrated success managing and developing teams

Experience working with various payer types (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, IPAs, TPAs)

Strong understanding of claims workflows and payer / provider relationships
