As a Security Professional Retail Center Patrol Full Time in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, Retail / Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated manufacturing, industrial, and retail locations, creating a secure environment through visible presence and security-related observation. This is a driving post, requiring you to conduct patrols throughout the property and respond to incidents as needed. You will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at manufacturing, industrial, and retail locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any irregularities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support Allied Universal and client staff by assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
