Job Description :
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst. This role supports the Inmate Tracking (ITS) and Inmate Records (IRIS) systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead business analysis and technical integration for ITS and IRIS projects.
- Collaborate on interface design, data compliance, and security implementation.
- Support user training, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts
