Job Description :
Join our dynamic Infrastructure & Operations team as an IT Business Analyst at our client's World Headquarters. This role is a perfect blend of business and technology, requiring excellent communication and organization skills.
You'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating concepts into easily understood language
Job Responsibilities :
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex concepts into understandable language
- Develop a deep understanding of your team’s technical systems and business stakeholders processes
- Elicit and document user and technical requirements for new initiatives and ad hoc requests
- Prioritize and sequence backlog with an understanding of dependencies related to roadmap
- Facilitate various agile team ceremonies such as standups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives
- Coordinate technical implementation, testing, training, and communication efforts with multiple internal business and IT groups
Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of technical business analysis experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of agile development methodology and practices
- Understanding of technical terminology, preferably experience in Cloud and Infrastructure projects
