Good People Coffee Co is award winning Coffee Roaster & Cafe in West Los Angeles, CA. We are supportive, innovative, fast-paced and our goal is to serve with excellence, warm hospitality and elevate Specialty Coffee.

We offer several different espressos, we have in-house education, our main location has a kitchen and huge patio. Our second location is a a huge lobby with 20+ kitchens and we get to be the Coffee Provider

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shift
• Learn the steps and procedures of day to day operations
• Ensure efficient and smooth workflow during the shift
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for coffee preparation, service, and cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cashiering
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Observe and Report inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience : For Shift Lead :

For Shift Lead :

• 2 years experiance in speciality coffee
• Must be able to dial in espresso for milk as well as for single origins
• Must be able to describe 2-3 flavor notes per coffee
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

For Barista :

• 2 years experiance in Starbucks or Coffee Bean
• Must be able to name each coffee tool
• Food handlers card
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
