Robert Half is offering a full-time position for a Staff Accountant to join a dynamic, family-owned, rapidly-growing company in the Drink & Beverages industry.
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and communicating results to multiple locations, analyzing and investigating variances, assisting in budget preparation, fixed assets, month-end close duties including journal entries and account reconciliations, and other ad-hoc projects throughout the year.

Key Job Duties Include :
- Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results for multiple operating companies
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve variances in general ledger accounts
- Prepare and assist in development of annual budgets
- Monitor performance versus budget and other objectives
- Oversee fixed asset accounting
- Prepare supporting account reconciliations monthly for balance sheet accounts
- Prepare quarterly / annual supporting tax and other compliance documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Associate degree in accounting
- 2-4+ years of experience in an accounting role preparing financial statements, fixed assets, and budgeting
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skill, specifically Excel Microsoft Dynamics GP experience considered a plus
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as member of team, both within accounting department and across entire organization
