must be availalble to work shifts up until 10pm and weekends
Job description :
- Working within the interventionRadiology Call Center.
- taking incoming calls from Dr's and insurance companies to assist with Authorizations.
- You will be expected to have ahigh level of proficiency with medical terminology.
- Answering heavy phone volume.
- assisting front desk on the weekends-scheduling, verifying insurance
Qualifications :
- medical terminology
- insurance verification
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with patients and staff.
- High School or Equivalent
